Tactical Medical Advance Course

(5 days)

Previous knowledge: the participants in the course need advanced shooting qualification (pistol, rifle), and some of the basic tactical medical courses is beneficial.

 

Number of participants: 8 - 12

 

Course is aimed at: active personnel of the police, military, private security companies. The form, contents and dynamism are adapted to the needs of an individual to acquire the active medical measures of the tactical level, in high-stress situations.

 

Manner of work: individual and team

 

Contents:

- Organization of the medical support

- Organization of the team medical support at the tactical level

- Choice and modification of the equipment (individual and team)

- Types of injuries and wounds (firearms, cold weapons etc.)

- Combustions (quick assessment and care)

- Chemical injuries (Quick assessment and treatment)

- Trauma (triage, care, transport of poly-traumatized)

- Chemostasis and immobilization

- Stings and bites (basic principles of treatment)

- Stress, crisis situations, aggression, panic…

- Approaching poly-traumatized patients under special situations

- Exercises on a “Phantom” through various scenarios

- Safety procedures in working with weapons

- Individual tactical operations with weapons

- Weapon malfunctions (types, characteristics and solutions)

- Shooting positions

- Shooting targets on the move, moving targets

- Shooting in decreased visibility situations

- Team work

- Tactical scenario

 

Necessary equipment:

- Personal arms, pistol 9x19mm

- Rifle AK47 (7.62x39mm), option HKMP 5 (9x19mm)

- Tactical pistol holster, pistol magazine holster x2

- Spare pistol magazine 1+2

- Spare rifle magazine, min. 6

- Working clothes: uniform/suit/leisure clothes

- Footwear

- Protective equipment: goggles, ear protection, cap

- Rainproof jacket

- Elbow and knee protection (recommended)

- Weapon cleaning kit

- Water bottle (recommended)

- Notebook and pencil (recommended)

- Small backpack (recommended)

- First aid bandage

 

Ammunition:

- 9x19mm: 1,000 rounds per candidate

- 7.62x39mm: 1,250 rounds per candidate

 

Price: 2.300 E. + (including 18% VAT)

 

Price includes:

- Hotel accommodation and food, three meals of choice of lunch

- Transportation from the airport to the hotel, during the entire course and back from the hotel to the airport

- Weapons, ammunition and all necessary equipment for participation in the course

- Medical examination of all participants, prior to the beginning

- Medical support during the entire course (24 hours)

- Individual insurance for course participants

- Around the clock presence of TTT personnel

- Complete support in contacts and communication with local state representatives of administration and security services

- Around the clock presence and active participation of an interpreter (English, French, Russian)

- T-shirts and caps for participants

- Closing banquet dinner

- Ceremony of awarding certificates of participation

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: course attendants may use their own personal or company weapons and other equipment, with prior necessary written letter of evidence regarding the legal ownership of arms and ammunition, in accordance with the current Law on weapons and Ammunition of the Republic of Serbia, and other international acts relating to ownership and use of weapons and ammunition.

 

Paying options: 50% in advance, when applying for the course, at minimum 30 days before the start. remaining 50% to be paid first day before start of the course.
